The HD900L injection molding machine offers three screw diameter options (100mm, 105mm, 110mm) with L/D ratios of 22.6, 21.5, and 20.5 respectively. It provides an injection volume from 4006 cm³ to 4847 cm³, shot weights from 3645g to 4411g, and injection pressures up to 184 Mpa.

The clamping unit delivers a robust clamping force of 9000 KN, an opening stroke of 1120mm, and accommodates mold thicknesses from 450mm to 1100mm. The space between tie-bars measures 1090mm x 1090mm, and it features a hydraulic ejection force of 246 KN with an ejector stroke of 300mm.

The machine operates on dual 45 KW motors, includes a 56 KW heater, and maintains a pump pressure of 16 Mpa. The HD900L measures 11.71m x 2.82m x 2.7m and weighs 49 tons. It comes with a Φ200mm mould orientation ring and a SR20 radius nozzle.
