The HD680L injection molding machine provides three screw diameter options (90mm, 95mm, 100mm) with L/D ratios of 22.7, 21.5, and 20.4 respectively. It offers an injection volume from 2957 cm³ to 3650 cm³, shot weights from 2691g to 3322g, and injection pressures up to 177 Mpa.

The clamping unit features a robust clamping force of 6800 KN, an opening stroke of 940mm, and accommodates mold thicknesses between 390mm and 900mm. The space between tie-bars measures 940mm x 920mm, and it includes a hydraulic ejection force of 181 KN with an ejector stroke of 260mm.

The machine operates on dual 37 KW motors, includes a 36 KW heater, and maintains a system pressure of 16 Mpa. The HD680L measures 9.55m x 2.25m x 2.48m and weighs 28.5 tons. It comes with a Φ200mm mould orientation ring and a SR20 radius nozzle.
