The HD450L injection molding machine provides three screw diameter options (75mm, 80mm, 85mm) with L/D ratios of 22.9, 21.5, and 20.3 respectively. It offers an injection volume from 1854 cm³ to 2382 cm³, shot weights from 1687g to 2167g, and injection pressures up to 186 Mpa.

The clamping unit has a powerful clamping force of 4500 KN, an opening stroke of 750mm, and accommodates mold thicknesses from 300mm to 780mm. The space between tie-bars is 780mm x 780mm, and the machine has a hydraulic ejection force of 126 KN with an ejector stroke of 200mm.

The machine operates on a 45 KW motor, includes a 30 KW heater, and maintains a system pressure of 16 Mpa. The HD450L measures 8.15m x 2.2m x 2.2m and weighs 19.7 tons. It comes with a Φ160mm mould orientation ring and a SR15 radius nozzle.
