Haida HD2000L injection molding machine comes with three screw diameter options (140mm, 150mm, 160mm) with L/D ratios of 22.4, 20.9, and 19.6 respectively. It provides an injection volume from 11083 cm³ to 14476 cm³, shot weights from 10085g to 13174g, and injection pressures up to 185.8 Mpa.

The clamping unit offers a robust clamping force of 20000 KN, an opening stroke of 1680mm, and accommodates mold thicknesses from 700mm to 1600mm. The space between tie-bars measures 1650mm x 1550mm, and it includes a hydraulic ejection force of 407 KN with an ejector stroke of 450mm.

The machine operates on three 60 KW motors, includes a 95 KW heater, and maintains a pump pressure of 16 Mpa. The HD2000L measures 15.3m x 3.6m x 3.4m and weighs 148 tons. It comes with a Φ250mm mould orientation ring and a SR20 radius nozzle.
