Haida HD1600L injection molding machine provides three screw diameter options (130mm, 140mm, 150mm) with L/D ratios of 24, 22.3, and 20.8 respectively. It offers an injection volume from 8424 cm³ to 11215 cm³, shot weights from 7666g to 10206g, and injection pressures up to 163 Mpa.

The clamping unit delivers a substantial clamping force of 16000 KN, an opening stroke of 1600mm, and accommodates mold thicknesses from 700mm to 1500mm. The space between tie-bars measures 1550mm x 1430mm, and it includes a hydraulic ejection force of 342 KN with an ejector stroke of 400mm.

The machine operates on three 55 KW motors, includes an 87.4 KW heater, and runs at a pump pressure of 16 Mpa. The HD1600L measures 14.9m x 3.4m x 3.2m and weighs 110 tons. It comes equipped with a Φ250mm mould orientation ring and a SR20 radius nozzle.
