Superior Energy Efficiency

Compared to fixed pumps and other energy-saving systems such as variable frequency pumps and more pumps, the servo energy-saving system can save up to 80% of energy.
The new two-platen clamping structure inherits the mature and reliable fixed mode of the traditional three-board machine pull rod. This greatly prolongs the life of the pull rod and completely avoids the fatal defect that most two-board machine pull rods are prone to breaking in the market.
Elastic box formwork design, high parallelism, greatly ensure that the four pull rod stress uniform. The movable formwork is supported by high rigid sliding feet, and compensable adjustment is provided. It can be adjusted automatically according to the weight of the die to ensure stable support.
