haida HD550LC Servo Injection Molding Machine

Haida HD550LC is a high-efficiency injection molding machine. The injection unit has a screw diameter of 95 mm with a screw length-to-diameter ratio of 19.2. It can manage an injection volume of 3281 cm³ and a shot weight of 3510 g when using black recycled PP. The plasticizing capability is 158 g/s, and the injection rate is 795 g/s, operating at an injection pressure of 131 MPa.

The clamping unit employs a force of 5500 kN, an opening stroke of 850 mm, and a space between tie-bars measuring 840x830 mm. The mold thickness can range from 350 to 850 mm.

The hydraulic ejection force is 181 kN with an ejector stroke of 220 mm. The system operates at a pressure of 16 MPa, powered by a 60 KW motor and a 32 KW heater.

The machine measures 9.1 x 2.4 x 2.3 m and weighs 22.8 tons. The mold location recess diameter is 200 mm, and the nozzle radius is SR15.
