haida HD390L-C Servo Injection Molding Machine

Haida HD390L-C injection molding machine features a screw diameter of 90mm and a length-to-diameter ratio of 17.9. It offers an injection volume of 2226 cm³ and an injection weight of 2380 g, using black recycled PP. The machine delivers an impressive injection rate of 610 g/s and an injection pressure of up to 125 MPa.

The clamping unit provides a force of 3900 KN and an opening stroke of 710 mm. The space between the tie bars is 730x730 mm and it can accommodate a mold thickness ranging from 280 to 730 mm.

The hydraulic ejection force stands at 126 KN with an ejector stroke of 200 mm. Operating at a system pressure of 16 MPa, the machine is powered by a 41 KW motor and a 29 KW heater.

The machine measures 8.0 x 2.4 x 2.6 m and weighs 15.2 tons. The mold location recess diameter is 200 mm, and the nozzle radius is SR15.
