On September 28, 2019, the “Haida Cup” Ningbo Plastic Injection Workers Vocational Skills Competition was held in Haida company. The competition is mainly aimed at practitioners in the injection molding industry in Ningbo City. It is hoped that the competition can improve the skills of professional injection molding industry practitioners and provide a higher-quality skills exchange platform. This competition was hosted by Ningbo Plastics Industry Association and undertaken by HAIDA . A total of ten companies participated in the competition.

The competition is divided into two parts: theoretical test and practical skills. Competitors need to answer the theoretical written test within 30 minutes. After the written test, enter the practical part. This part is divided into two parts: the preliminary competition and the final. After a lot of competition, the first, second and third prizes are finally decided.

Nearly 50 participants, after two rounds of theoretical and practical competitions, finally  Mr. Wang from a daily necessities manufacturing company won the first prize of the competition. This is not only a skill competition of injection molding technicians, but also an innovation for the common growth of enterprises in Ningbo injection molding industry.
