The HD600L injection molding machine offers three screw diameter options (80mm, 85mm, 90mm) with L/D ratios of 22.8, 21.5, and 20.3 respectively. It provides an injection volume from 2212 cm³ to 2799 cm³, shot weights from 2013g to 2547g, and injection pressures up to 184 Mpa.

The clamping unit delivers a strong clamping force of 6000 KN, an opening stroke of 900mm, and accommodates mold thicknesses between 380mm and 880mm. The space between tie-bars measures 880mm x 880mm, and it features a hydraulic ejection force of 181 KN with an ejector stroke of 240mm.

The machine operates on a 60 KW motor, includes a 32.5 KW heater, and runs at a system pressure of 16 Mpa. The HD600L measures 9.02m x 2.3m x 2.26m and weighs 24.9 tons. It is equipped with a Φ160mm mould orientation ring and a SR15 radius nozzle.
